This 160 acre tract has direct gravel road access maintained by the Colorado State Forest Service.
Directions: From Alamosa, take US Hwy Route 285 south for 13.7 miles. Turn right onto CO-15 west for 10.4 miles until the road turns north. Just beyond where the road turns north, take a left onto Forest Development Road 255. In 2.1 miles, the road goes through the property.
