It’s the perfect retreat for cooling off on warm summer days, fishing for the catch of the day, or simply basking in the unparalleled beauty of its shores.
Seamlessly blending with over 700 acres of adjacent state trust lands, the property extends your personal playground, providing extra opportunities for recreation and exploration. Wildlife thrives in the area. From elk to cougars, from black bears to deer, every day offers a chance for captivating wildlife sightings, transforming your backyard into a natural spectacle.
Despite its secluded ambiance, the property is conveniently within a 30-minute drive from town and is accessible via maintained county roads. Whether you envision building a private retreat, creating a legacy getaway, or immersing yourself in the wonders of nature, this property promises an unparalleled canvas for your dreams.
Starzman Lake actually consists of three lakes: Upper Starzman Lake, Middle Starzman Lake, and Lower Starzman Lake. Shore access is best on the east side of the lake, just south of the property through the adjoining Washington State’s Department of Resources land. Fishing success is generally best in the spring when thousands of rainbow trout and brook trout are stocked statewide, but they can be caught year-round in most waters with a little patience and persistence. Success remains high into June and gradually declines as water temperatures increase and fish move offshore to stay cool. Fish that escaped the spring harvest return to the nearshore areas in the fall as waters cool off. Some waters may also be stocked again in the fall further boosting catch rates.
