Description
Escape the noise and reclaim your freedom on this 19.14-acre backcountry retreat in the rugged southern Oregon wilderness. Situated roughly 1.5 hours northeast of Klamath Falls, this parcel offers an unspoiled mix of open sage meadows, native grasses, and mature ponderosa pines—giving you total quiet, massive starry skies, and true seclusion with no neighbors in sight.
Existing two-track jeep trails wind directly into the interior, making access simple for 4WD rigs, side-by-sides, or setting up a private seasonal camp. With vast open ground and natural timber pockets, the land is ideally configured as an off-grid outdoor playground.
Hunters and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate its position in the Sprague Wildlife Game Unit 33, where approximately 75% of the unit is public forest land open for mule deer, elk, and black bear. You are also within easy reach of renowned regional trout fishing, backcountry trails, and scenic wilderness corridors. If you are looking for an affordable, private recreation hub far off the beaten path where you can park, explore, and unwind on your own terms, this acreage delivers complete off-grid autonomy.
