Description
The government can keep printing money but cannot make more land!!
Lest than 2 miles from a paved county road, this remote 40-acre parcel spanning a 1/4 mile north-to-south and 1/4 mile east-to-west. This property is strategically located bordering over 1,000,000 acres of public BLM lands that spans for hundreds of miles.
The terrain is flat-to-rolling with 360 degree views of vast Wyoming countryside with the Ferris Mountains and Whiskey Peak in the distance. Amazing sunsets and a beautiful climate spring through fall. At over 6,000 feet, summers are quite mild. Winters are reserved for those braver than me! A gully in the SE portion of the property carries a vein of seasonal water flow during the wet months.
The most common uses are for those wanting a hunting camp, grazing land for horses and cattle, agricultural uses, RV and camping spot, ATV riding, a bugout spot, or simply to hold as a long-term asset or inflation hedge. Property taxes are less than $100 per year!
