The government can keep printing money but cannot make more land!!
Time to put the phone away and get back to nature where we belong. This is not your typical desertland flat property – here you will find true adventure! 40 acres spanning over 1 mile in length from east-to-west comprising of rock outcroppings, gullies, trees, cliffs, level areas, and everything in between. This property gives you all the space you can ever need to explore and more.
Miles from town, yet easy to get to once you know where to go. The property looks like it should be a state park. As a bonus, the entire north and west property lines are fenced which is an asset and serves as an easy landmark to know where you are. Not only that, but this property happens to border over 1,000 acres of state recreational land on the east and south sides! From the property, you can walk up a trail that ascents to the top of Black Mesa. The views and sunsets are a must-see! You get all of this for only $750/acre!
